The worst people I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe the three lazy, dishonest, and RUDE ladies that represent this company. The day I received my loan the "manager" Heather sat on her phone clearly discussing personal drama, while doing arts and crafts (my husband got a kick out of that). The employee who took my information was Veronica, I think that is her name but I'm not sure because I rarely deal with her its usually Porscha - both who have intensely argued with me over privacy issues among other things over the phone. The way they conduct themselves when talking to a customer is disgusting, rude, ghetto, and by far the sorriest excuse for customer service I have EVER had to deal with.
