Absolutely rude. I called after hours & she was the on-call dr. I had a miscarriage, & she told me I was over-reacting and that it was probably just a heavy period. When I saw my dr, it was confirmed to be a miscarriage. I will never forget it. One of the hardest times in my life, and she was completely insensitive.

I truly adored the service I received from Dr. Callison but my labor and delivery were extremely troubling. I was two weeks overdue and induced on a Sunday morning. I began actively pushing around 7 am and didn't make much progress for the next five or so hours. The baby became distressed by the doctor insisted I continue pushing and that I should try harder. Finally they decided after about six hours that they would apply suction and quickly realized the there was a problem and my child was not going to be easily delivered vaginally. My child was born with a paralyzed arm and we have endured many clinics, specialists, surgeries and therapy sessions as a result of my physicians negligent procedures. I was told at the hospital by the resident pediatric physician that this happens about one in every six births!! I would think long and hard about choosing a OB and make sure you have an advocate at the hospital that can speak for you.

I had a high risk pregnancy last year at the age of 42, and was thrilled to be with Dr. Callison and her staff. She listened to my concerns and met my individual needs.

She is also a mother of a single and then later, twins. It was comforting to know that she has "been there, done that".

I am now pregnant again for the last time at 43, and am comforted that she is my physician of choice.
