My Grand Prix wouldn’t run got a cheap tow and they diagnosed it and came to find out it was the dealership that I had it at (Gary Lang) put the spark plugs in incorrectly! Saved me time and money and I highly recommend taking any car to them! I found my shop that I will be taking my cars to!

JDM knows how to fix cars. I took my car to other places and found these people know what they are doing and fixed my car right. The place is very clean and the people who are there are very nice. I took my car in for an engine miss and they were able to pinpoint the problem within hours. I was back on the road the same day. Thanks to great service I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable service. The one thing I liked the most is they took me home so I did not have to wait in their waiting room.

Don't go to JDM

My car would not start, it sounded like a starter problem. After paying $100 to get my car to JDM they put a starter in, charged me $375 and sent me on my way. Little did I know that 3 days later I would be stuck again with the same problem. My car would not start!! When they looked at the car again they found out that it was a bad cable (Not a bad starter that they charged me to replace 3 days ago!). I asked them why they did not find the bad cable the first time, (a logical question!). I was told that I said to put a starter in so that is what they did. They did not even look to see what was wrong!!!! Again I payed $100 to get my car there and $70 for a cable. I don't know about you but I will never let these people touch my car again. THEY DO NOT DO THE JOB!!! My suggestion to JDM is to figure out what is wrong with a car before replacing and charging for new parts!!

the customer requested only to replace the starter and Nothing else. She was suprised that her diagnois was wrong, but we did what we could to please her.

Horrible Experience!!!

I had brought in my car not too long ago and the service was just horrible. Customer Service there was a nightmare. I talked to an individual and she just kept on talking aimlessly while I waited for my oil change. I dont ming conversing but get to the point lady!! Then another gentleman came through the back door and just looked like the whole world was crumbling down on him.......not very professional at all. Out here in Huntley there are so many other options and you would think these guys would try to be more customer service oriented, it's not always about the almighty buck fellas. I asked to get new wipers and they "forgot" to do it so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to figure out what was going on. I would not recommend this shop to anyone not even my worst enemy. Service is poor and just another little hint....get somebody up front who is dressed for success not a run down donkey's rear end. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL>>>>BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY!!!

The best decision I ever made!

They were able to fix my car when no one else was able too. I was very impressed with there facility. It was very clean.The people were very knowledgable about my car.
