Our contractor purchased our new Goodman heat pump from Lute Supply in August 2013. The unit has been nothing but trouble - 2 replaced compressors, 1 reverse valve, and a defrost board. At this moment the unit isn't working AGAIN! We called Lute only to be told they couldn't speak to us (the family with no heat). They would need our contractor to call the district representative. We have went as far as contacting Goodman by written correspondence. We were told by Goodman that we should have bought an extended warranty! The unit is less than 3 years old!! Lute should have made it right by us and as a business battled Goodman themselves. Buyer Beware of Goodman products and don't plan on being supported by Lute Supply! It's a shame products aren't made like they used to be and businesses can no longer be trusted to take care of their customers.
