First time I have been dropping off and pick up for my elderly mom. The laundry service has been extremely good. They are polite and have never lost any articles of clothing, their pricing is average. They have even carried her bag of laundry to her car for her when she did her own drop off and pick up.

DO NOT DROP YOUR LAUNDRY OFF AT THIS LAUNDROMAT. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHING AND RESPOND TO YOU WITH A SIMPLE "IM SORRY". MAYBE IF THE EMPLOYEES (ONE SPECIFIC HEAVYSET WOMAN) LEARN HOW TO PUT THE CELLPHONE DOWN WHILE TAKING IN SOMEONE'S LAUNDRY-THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THINGS RIGHT. AS FAR AS PAIRING UP YOUR SOCKS GOES; GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN AT HOME AFTER PAYING $1 A POUND TO HAVE YOUR CLOTHES WASHED AND FOLDED. MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
