Horrible service they don't know when their product will be in the store if I could do no stars I would they promise one thing and it turns out to be something else

My Sister is having her Quinceanos and my mother and her decided on a dress here. They agreed on the adjustments necessary and paid for the dress. When they went to pick up the dress upon arriving home they realized the bow and straps were missing. These were adjustments they had agreed to do at no extra charge. So she called the lady and they told her that they had them and she could go pick them up. So i went with my boyfriend with a copy of the contact and see this loser talking on the phone. We patiently waited for him to finish looking at the other dresses and when he finally approached us he was completely rude he told us that they didn't have the straps that they only had the bow. Then he tried saying that they were going to charge us for the bow THEY had forgotten to give us. I told him that the bow was included in the package and that it even said on the contract. He argued that it was OUR fault that we didn't check to make sure the bow was there. I'm sorry i expected you guys to do your job properly? Anyways after arguing with this pathetic excuse of a man the attendant finally decided to honor the contract and give us the bow and the straps they miraculously found last minute. Don't go to this place they will try scamming you I'm never going again i was considering buying my dress there but I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is the most irresponsible unprofessional they talk to you like they know what you are doing! But in the long run you will fin out they're just meesing with your emotions. I ordered a dress on February 12, 2012 they assured me th dress would be done in May 14 this was the date of my daughters first dress fitting and that same day they called to cancel the appointment because they had probles with the stylist they gave me a new appointment, and they did the same thing again, they did this 3 times until the fourth time 3weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! before the event they told me I needed to go and take a look to some other material because the one she had picked was out!!!!! so I said I go as soon as you open, they said 10:30 am got there waited until passed 11 o'clock never opened, when they called me and said we are waiting for you! I said I went you were not open! she had the nerve!!!!!!!!!!!!! to say oh! wer'e open now, you can come now like if I have the time to go when ever they feel like it!!!!! I was at work and she said then it was my responsability if the dress was not made on time for the event!!!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got a better dress and they made it in one week at AIDA'S Bridal & Tuxedos 5934 N. Figueroa St. Los Angeles CA, 90042 Tel: (323) 982-0151.

NEVER NEVER NEVER shop at this store. It ruined the most important day of my daughter's quinceanera. In order to hook us into buying the dress, they promised to make all the necessary changes as we wished and when it came down to it, they told us that they couldn't do it because it was a designer dress. In the meantime, we had already bought everything else matching to how we thought the dress was going to end up looking looking like. Same thing with the bouquett. As we were waiting to pick up the dress, another couple was having the same exact issue!!!! Don't let this happen to you!!!! I so regret ever stepping into this store. THEY DON'T DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE AND RUIN YOUR MOST IMPORTANT DAY!
