I also had a bad experience 3-4 years ago with them, i even called the police. I was 14 1/2 at the time and had great service or so i thought the first time i went but then when it was time for me to pick up my dress she wanted me to try it on make sure it felt comfy, i did and soon enough she started taking pictures of me without my mothers consent (i was a minor) my mother wanted the pictured deleted and she refused. Then my mother let that go but when we wanted to take the dress that dame day my mom didnt have the receipt and she refused to give us the dress. She assured that we needed it( even though she told my mom it was fine at the beginning). My quince was that saturday and i picked up my dress late cause they were still "altering it". We called the cops but they said she can take picture of whoever she wants and if that is her policy we must follow, the only thing was it wasnt a policy we kept asking to see the contract and he refused. Horibble people!!!

hi, i currently read what everyone had to say on here and they are right, horrblie service and there on top of getting their money and once they have it, they dont give a bootie, so if you had a bad run in with them, please contact me, if you are interstead in being part of a lawsuit.

im currently gathering info. from people and i would like your in put as well. i want to sue them they did a horrblie dress for my niece quinceanera and made her cry and they are dening everything that we asked for. They should be getting away with this!

I am living my worst nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I ordered my daughter's quincenera dress since June. Blanca had told us that she could order the dress with a small deposit and I think we gave about $100. Since we did not hear from them, we went to check on our order in September and then we were told that she had not placed the order because we were supposed to leave at least 50% of the price in order for her to place the order. If she had really told us that from the beginning, we would have left that 50%. Blanca finally placed the order, but according to her she ordered the wrong dress. Pressuring her on my order, she finally told me that she didn't even have a license to buy from the company that made the dress (VIZCAYA). She was actually just trying to start an account with that company. Now is October and my daughter's quincenera is in December. Even worst, every time I call her for an answer, she assures me that she will give me a call back and never returns my calls. It is obvious that she does not care for her customers.

I learned from this experience that it is better to go into the company's website and it will give you a list of stores that have that dress (which by the way, Cinderella's Bridal is not even on their list). I checked some of the stores on the company's list and they actually have some good prices.

I wouldn't give this store not even one stare. Their customer service is terrible and the girls are very uninformed and can't even give you information on your order status. They cannot do anything if the owner is not in the store and they can be very cynical.

Save yourself a big stress and don't go there.

Please be careful because she seems very honest when se talks.

Also, if you go to their website, of course they only post the good review. I gave my review and of course it was never posted.

One word: Unprofessional!

And that's even a compliment....the level of client services is ridiculous...also read very carefully the fine print on the so called contract....the sales people....which are inexperienced young individuals state that they one could place an order with like $20...which we did...when we returned for measurements...they asked for more money on the deposit so they can "expedite" the service.....we paid over 50% for the deposit....informed us to come back in like 5 days....which we did....only to find out that nobody knew why the order wasn't made and that they were asking us to come back the following day to pick up the order.....we returned to the store 4 days later....only to find out that they are still not on the store....we demanded a refund and very courteous (NOT!!!) the "manager" Irene...referred us to the fine print in our contract that there weren't any refunds for the so called "special orders" and she had the nerve to tell us that the delay was due to us not coming sooner with higher deposit.....she insisted that she would only refund us the money if the dresses weren't delivered that day (by this time it had been a month since we first step foot in the store....we found the identical dresses in Downtown LA for approximately 30% less and with such impeccable service....any search for this so called "business" will immediately display the poor level of service and quality of management....needless to say...I do NOT recommend shopping at this store....

Avoid their sneaky employees

We were lied to about a free alteration, they tried to charge us for it AFTER we paid for the dress. We would have never got the dress here otherwise. They had a line of unhappy customers they were belittling and arguing with. You pay and they don't follow through. Avoid this place.
