We just went there today with my 4 year old daughter for her birthday. I booked a half an hour riding horseback lesson, for $55. I thought the price was a bit high, but figured it was worth seeing my daughter happy. First disappoint was that they bring out this tiny midget pony for her to ride. I stated clearly that I had expected her to ride on a real horse. They offered instead another pony that was a little bigger. This on was very ugly and looked more like a donkey. Next they bring us to a freezing barn, which was the same as being outside in the cold weather. They huddle me and my husband in a corner and take our daughter to the other end of the barn, so we can not take any video or even hear what she is being taught. The teacher had the horse standing sill for about 70% of the lesson and when it did move she brought her around in a 6 foot wide circle. This was the most pathetic pony ride I have ever taken my kids on. But normal pony rides are $5.00, this was $55.00. When I explained to the owner how unhappy I was was with the lesson and that I did not get what I was promised in their website, she just said shrugged. She would not offer any money back. With customer service like this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will never go back again. My daughter's birthday could have been so much better if only I had gone somewhere else. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
