Yes they do beautiful work. However, customer service is lacking. They redid a section of my backyard on February 4th. He saw my vision and gave me exactly what I wanted. Part of the project called for two 24inch box trees. One of the trees didn't look healthy when delivered. I brought that to his attention. A month later the tree was looking distressed. I sent him a picture of the tree, along with a message letting him know that I was concerned. No response. Finally last week after several text messages, he got back to me. We made an appointment for Saturday at 8:30. By 9:30 I'm texting him again to find out if he is going to show. I told him I had to be at work by 10:00. Just as I'm leaving, he shows up at 9:45. No explanation or apology. He looked at the tree and told me it had a root problem and he would be out the following week to take care of it. This is week 2. No Hiro! No communication. I looked him up on yelp. 3 reviews. 2 negative. Again, about his customer service, not his work.

They do beautiful work. Reasonable and professional.
