it seems unusual these days for a company to back-up the quality of the goods they sell, it seems more common to hear excuses and attempts to fob you off to the manufacturer!!
Not so Adcock. I bought a spa just a year ago and as soon as we found that the spa frame had already corroded quite badly, Adcock did not hesitate to get us a new spa. For me that is worth 6 stars - THANK YOU Adcock and particularly Bob Feiler who paid particular attention to seeing this through.

they have time to write quippy slogans on there sign but thell make ya wait 4 hours in line even though you called ahead to order the parts in the morning and told then you needed it for a job at a specific time. but there decently priced.

We purchased a hot tub somewhere else, but since this retailer is near my home, I went into their store for some much needed help. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very patient! They have been nothing but helpful and very nice. I feel like I've made new friends here. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool or a hottub. I should have bought my tub from them. That's the only regret I have.

I totally agree with the prices being high and there not be a price ON the actual items. They are not really knowledgeable nor to friendly but they are close to me but I actually found another place nearby, bustleton ave and byberry its called Better Pool Management. I seen one of their service trucks on my street and went there and was very happy with their prices and the people were very friendly and helpful like they were actually glad to be working and have customers spending money....
