Terrible rental experience with them. My toddler developed high lead levels from deteriorated paint and EY Realty did NOTHING to address the issue (as of 3 months later). The agency did not address major roof leaking issues, either. In general, difficult to communicate with and very little repair work at all. Don't rent with them!
