last night i realized i had to move fast to get the apartment in davidson near the college i wanted. after emailing a couple of moving companies and never hearing anything back i called lake norman movers. they said theyd be at my apartment first thing in the morning (today) and they arrived on time and ready to go. ive never hired movers before but my parents have. the guys put big pads on all my furniture and used...something like syran wrap only heavier duty...to hold them in place. and my mattress and sofa too. they were polite and professional. obviously i was pleased and would recommend them to friends and family knowing everything would be just fine. thanks josh and Pat!

I found this company on facebook! I used Lake Norman Moving Services for a move over 500 miles! Not only was the pricing fair for such a big move, the gentlemen who packed our house were super nice, and effecient. I was amazed at how well they wrapped/packed everything into the truck. Upon reaching our destination, all our belonging were in great condition and Patrick and his employees were so easy to work with. I would recomend them to family and friends for sure.

I came upon Lake Norman Moving Services via the internet, along with several other moving companies. I called a few of the listings, but knew I had found an exceptional company in Lake Norman Moving Services when I spoke with Patrick. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and competitive with other rates I was quoted fom other moving companies. More important, he was not pushy, and actually said he would be happy to speak with me about important aspects of moving -- even if I didn't use his service!



And . . . it did not stop there! The team who showed up to move my belongings was the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with: pleasant, courteous, diligent in their moving effort, and very careful with my furniture and personal effects. They were outgoing, friendly professionals who actually made the stressful day of moving easier on me. I always felt like my belongings were in the best of hands!



I had recently had new hardwoods installed in my new home, and they took great care in padding the floors and moving deliberately so as not to mar the flooring, walls or woodwork.



I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lake Norman Moving Services and would recommend them to any of my family and friends for their moving/relocation needs. Although I hope that my recent move will be my last, I know Lake Norman Moving Services will be the number I dial if I do move again!

Even though my move was a very small move - one bedroom apartment with no appliances, they still treated it with the utmost care and respect that one would expect from a very expensive client. The two gentlemen who helped were very friendly and took orders with ease. My furniture was well protected as they packed and wrapped it, moved it down three flights of stairs, driven three hours to its destination, and finally, moved into the new house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone no matter how large the job is because this company knows what they are doing, trusts their employees, and understand the frustrations that may come with a move.

I moved recently using cmtr and these guys hustle! They were very respectful and when they showed up in the morning, they were ready to go. The price is very fair for the job they do and because they work so fast, it pays off in the end. We had Kevin and Patrick and both were great. A little advice: buy these guys a burger and throw them a tip and you'll be as happy with the moving experience as I was.



They did try a leave me a hand truck at no cost but I knew they needed it more then me........Thanks Guys!!

We used the services of CMTR Moving services over the weekend to move us from Huntersville to Cornelius. George and Brian did a fantastic job!! These two men were fast but yet very careful with our furniture making sure things were wrapped with thick blankets to protect them. We highly recommed this moving company!! Request George and Brian for they work very well together! We will use CMTR again next year when our lease is up!

Last year I rented a truck from Charlotte Moving Truck Rentals and drove to Miami and back to Charlotte--and spent $18.00 on diesel!



Thanks to veggie fuel! (shortly thereafter I converted my diesel Mercedes to run on veggie fuel).



The next time I needed to rent a truck, I called them, only this time I ended up hiring them for moving services.



Jeff, Brian, Mike and Ray were all clean-cut, polite, friendly, and most importantly, they were excellent movers!



But what truly impressed my wife was that Jeff found a $20.00 bill that had fallen behind the washing machine a long time ago, and gave it back to her! Honesty counts!
