Our family chose James Funeral Home, Huntersville, to assist us when my cousin, Eddie Reynolds, passed away unexpectedly. Living three hundred miles away could have been problematic in making arrangements. From the first contact, through his Memorial Service twenty four days later, we were afforded the very personal care from a staff with unmatched integrity, compassion, patience and care.

During that time I placed numerous telephone calls to them, with only one time leaving a message which was answered promptly. Each call was handled with the same care and patience as if I were their only client.

Neither my cousin, Meredith Galvin nor I, felt rushed or pressured to make decisions which were handled with three way telephone conversations. They were able to offer suggestions on many details of which we needed to attend to outside the scope of the funeral home which saved us inconvenience as well as time.

Any death in the family is always a very sad time, although a time we all are called on to face. It was eased greatly, by Sam James and his entire staff. I would highly recommend James Funeral Home to anyone who faces a need for their services.
