Worst eye care appt ever!

I'd give a 0 star rating if I could but one is the lowest. This practice is horrible. I do not feel they will ever take the time to really address any problem. My appointment took 3 1/2 hours of which only 20 minutes were spent with a technician or the doctor. Part of the time I spent standing because there were no available chairs in the waiting room (and they have three waiting rooms) They seriously overbook and all I kept hearing to my inquires is sorry we are doing the best we can. I offered to reschedule at a better time but was told this was normal. Dr. Krug was pleasant but also to hurried to really take the time to answer questions.
