Horrible Service,Minor flood in closet,called Action,they came out 4hrs late,never changed their clothes and tracked mud all over our house,never did a PRE OR POST MOLD test required by insurance,put up containment in kitchen and closet,both fell down 20 mins after they left,so we went to look at what they did only to find there equipment NOT PLUGGED IN,4 fans not plugged in and 2 air cleaners with filthy filters not plugged in nor did they ever scrub off the mold just left it...when we asked about the mold test we were told we watch to much tv and that was not something they do,i had no idea what it would cost so i called in insurance and was told i had a 5000 cap,i called action to inform them and that`s where i made a BIG mistake,because later my wife informed me she had already asked what it would cost and was told no more than 2000,well i think you can figure out what they pulled,this is only part of the horror....We had to call another company to come in and found more mold over the attic area,they never looked at how much damage there was....never again...........we have alot more to tell.....we will have our day!!!!!

Had smoke damage in a 700 square foot unit. They were supposed to do a thorough wipe down of all surfaces. It took 3 people several hours to do what looked like my 10 year old could have done. And they charged $2,000. Had to do a second cleaning behind their $2,000 job!
