It's rare to find a tradesman who is so extremely knowledgeable about his trade and takes the greatest pride in providing the highest quality service. This owner knows vacuums inside and out. If you are interested, he will even provide a fascinating history of vacuum cleaners and let you in on little-known secrets of the various vacuum makes and models. He immediately was able to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my vacuum, gave me a very fair quote of what it was going to cost to fix it, and promised me (to the day) when it was going to be ready for pickup. He would rather repair your vacuum than try to sell you a new one, but if I were interested in buying a new vacuum, he would be the first one I would ask for an unbiased recommendation. He is a solid professional, a tribute to his trade, and he deserves the highest of ratings!

I took my Hoover vacuum in for service. The time and care he took to fix the machine was impressive. It works better now than it did before it needed help! If you want an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY place to take your vacuum, PLEASE go to A1...

This is not just a place to buy a vacuum, fix a vacuum or steam cleaner, rent a REAL cleaning machine or even air filtration - THIS IS A FAMILY RUN COMPANY THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT EVERYONE'S HEALTH AND WILL FREELY GIVE YOU MORE UNBIASED INFORMATION THEN YOU COULD EVER RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN! With four kids, several dogs, a husband in construction and white carpets, I assure you that I have bought, owned and utterly destroyed every single kind of vacuum and steam cleaner there is. I have clearly contributed to the deterioration of my family's health by constantly bleaching and leaving moisture in the carpets. I have NEVER been so pleased as I am now after using the Host Dry Cleaning product. Not only did it FAR EXCEED any dream I ever could have had, it was lightweight, easy, cheap, cleaned stains that I knew would "never" come out and absorbed the moisture that was brewing into mold and most importantly, it actually changed my life in that my family is breathing easier and I am no longer embarrassed that if someone stops by that they will see my stains, because they are no longer there! Women know what I mean by that, it weighs heavy on us that even though we clean, it may not look clean. Every time my feet touch the floor and I look down, I breathe a sigh of relief, instead of how I used to sigh in disgust at my fruitless efforts. RUN, don't walk there! Even if you are just considering your options, Jerry will honestly explain all of the options possible. I promise, you won't regret it! I share this personal information because I see that years of using all of those toxic cleaning products have contributed to my children's asthma, ADHD and my immune disorder. If just one person spares contributing to the the detriment of their child from these things by making one small change, like going to A-1, then any embarrassment in my sharing of this information is completely worth it.

I first called the store to see what brands they carry for me to demo. The person was so helpful over the phone and answered many questions. The same salesman helped me in person, answering more questions, being candid with pros and cons of each of the 3 vacuums I narrowed my selection to, patiently let me use them with all the tools, look at bags and filters, turn them over to look at roller bars, all while not pressuring me to purchase. I eventually settled on a very nice Riccar because it met all my needs. He was so helpful. I highly recommend this local store, and I say this being a person who normally buys most things online.

My wife has a bad back and I have to do all the vacuuming. We have used Dyson, Hoover, and Eureka but all did a poor job on the pet hair and I can't stand the smell they make. My wife went to the vacuum store next door to the Kid Time where we keep our kids and she met the manager who showed her a Miele. She used it and thought it would be great as she didn't have any trouble with her back. I told her that I wanted to look at it first and I came with her on the next visit. We looked at several different models. Being sceptical I ask a lot of questions but in the end we bought a Capricorn. I was told to return in 7 days if it didn't do everything he said it would. I have now had it over a month and it is nothing short of amazing. No smell, my wife can use it, and it cleans everything. Being in sales myslf, I really appreciate how patient and informative he was and we never felt preasured to buy. If your in the market for a vacuum, I highly recomend you visit this store!
