They have been very helpful and fair with us. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional and we are pleased with Back Mountain Bottled Gas Service.

Rude! Would never recommend this company

If you want to be left stranded with no heat in zero degree temperatures this is the company for you.

Its a shame their under a different management cause the other owners were wonderful. But these people now are crooks. if you pay for a product the company should deliver.This place will make you wait days some times weeks. And with being bitter cold you would think they'd want their clients warm and happy and instead they leave them hanging or freezing. Don't go to them you'll get ripped off they'll steal your money and make you wait for unreasonable time for their products.

crooked and terrible company. remove tanks immediately, throw them up the managers you know where and go with a decent, family company. back mountain gas is run by idiots, heartless, terrible people

Crooked company they have a different price for every customer no matter if the customers use the same amount of gas or not. They change prices and lie constantly. Do not use them.

Betty S. think long and hard before doing business with this company. It's unfortunate that testimonials /reviews cannot be made directly n their website. They have owed us money since February/March. Each time we call "Andy is tied up with another customer"...someone needs to tie him up.

I have been using them for years and my price has always remained much lower than with my previous suppliers. The people in the office and the driver have always been friendly and helpful.

lowlife scumbags i asked them not to deliver gas ,so they filled my tank and tired to charge me 4.70 a gallon. called another company and was given a price of 2.80. i switched companies and called them to pick up there full tank

Agree with everything everyone else said. Deserves less than 1 star. Raise prices constantly--to even double or more the going rate, and applies onerous fees. Not customer service oriented at all--only about ripping you off. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THEM...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & TOTAL RIPOFFS!

Never again! Hidden fee's and the rate goes up like crazy after a while.

These guys will give you a low ball 1st fill and never tell you about the extra charges they add to the bill. Later your price goes up by a dollar or more! They are also Hellers Gas. Stay away.

Very very shady company... I would definitely stay away and order your propane from someone else. There are many other options in the back mountain but stay away from Back Mountain Bottled Gas. They auto delivered my propane even though I told them I didn't want auto delivery. Gave me an invoice for $3.10 a gallon but when I called other dealers locally I was getting quoted around $2.60 to $2.70 at the time. I called back mountain to complain about price so they told me they would give it for $2.70. If I DIDN'T CALL to complain they would have charged me for .40 cents a gallon more.



I got a slip when they delivered the propane that said how many gallons they gave me but my official invoice in the mail billed me for 4 extra gallons as well.



They charged me $5.95 for a late fee one month then $8.95 for a late fee the next time since I had complained about the bill.



The biggest liar there is the guy Don. I asked him for quote one time for propane and he gave me the run around about how expensive it is and couldn't work with me on the price even though I was a long time customer.. Knowing guy was shady I had my wife call the next day from a different phone number and say she was a potential new customer and Don quoted her .50 cents less per gallon if she switched over to their company.



Just stay away.. they are really shady and its not only me I have friend who used to be customers that said the same thing
