I love this place. I will not take my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee or 2001 Toyota Avalon anywhere but here. I moved here from Texas 6yrs ago not knowing a sole or the reputation of any auto repair shop when the engine light of my 5yr G Cherokee began to flash. Being a unknowledgable woman about auto repairs I asked my established neighbors for recommendations. To my surprise my elderly neighbor was a retired auto repair shop owner from Long Island,NY who no longer worked on autos and that had recently sent his visiting daughter to Warner Motor for service with great success. Long to short story: It took them several days to find the problem( with an update and an apology everynight) and when they did it was $600 repair. But the cost to me was $0.00 and they were very sorry it took them so long.Warner Motors has and always will be my 1st choice for any service. My Jeep is 12 yrs old and runs like its brand new. Before Warner I spent $$$$ on unnecessaryservices.

I have actually been reprimanded by this service department for dropping my car off and asking them to try to fit it in at their convenience. It was a warranty issue of my car's driver side window staying down and with plastic in the window it was undriveable. I figured I would drop it in there lot on a Sunday night and call them first thing Monday morning to see if they couldn't at least get the window up. The lady at the counter scolded me(no kidding) and told me they would schedule it for Tuesday. We have not gone back. Actually we started having our service work done at Ciocca Honda/Dodge. Even though our car was a Plymouth and not a Dodge, we had much friendlier service from Ciocca. On other occasions before the final straw mentioned above, we had less than stellar service from this business. We bought two cars from this company before, which means at one time we thought much more of them.

I have an older model of Chrysler/Plymouth and have taken my van there for service. Always a fair price and fast!!! Pleasant and courteous. Hometown atmosphere.
