Poor Customer Service

I love Wendy's food, but hate going to the Atascocita one. There aren't enough employees which causes service to be slow. I got out of the drive thru because there were several cars in line. When I went in 3 employees looked at me but didn't acknowledge me. There wasn't anyone at the cash register. One person worked the drive thru window, one person filling orders and one person on fries. I waited several minutes before an employee came out of the cooler and welcomed me. The floor was dirty, the dining room needed attention. If I wasn't craving a frosty I would have left. This visit reminded me why I stopped going to this store.
