I have had nothing but good experiences with The Shop team. Always helpful and always fair. Tim is the nicest guy and goes to lengths to save me money. I'm am older woman and retired so that is very important. I wouldn't go to any other auto shop and certainly not to a dealer.

We have been taking our vehicles to The Shop for over 15 years and that is because the Manager Tim always provides an honest, expert recommendation. He is the key to our loyalty and this business as he provides excellent customer service.

The WORK they did was average and not done in a timely manner. My car stayed there forever for something simple and when I say forever I mean days. The manager is rude and the prices they charge for labor are RIDICULOUS. If you go here, go here to get an estimate and to see what is wrong with your car. Just say. "okay I'll drop it off tomorrow" and go someplace else. I actually feel like an idiot for paying what I did, but I was newbie. Also, price the parts online if you need any and that goes for any shop. If you don't understand something ASK QUESTIONS. If they get pissed off...not the place to go.
