My husband and I stopped by this place due to an article that was read in the local newspaper. We decided to place an order for a pie that I love but was not available at that time. They had it ready promptly and let me say that the buttermilk pie we ordered along with the piece of apple pie my husband could not resist the temptation to buy were AMAZING!!! I can only imagine how good all the other options must be. The crust is flaky and adds to the flavor (there are many times that I never eat the crust) and the buttermilk pie is an exact match to what I remember my Great Aunt making and loving when I was a kid. So, besides the nostalgia, I had a wonderful pie. All I can say is that with the upcoming holidays, I am not baking my own pies, I am ordering from them.
