I've been using Dr. Ross for over 20 years. I have no complaints. His office staff is very nice and helpful.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Dr. Ross for a few years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. He and his amazing staff are caring, gentle, personable and love what they do. My fear is that Dr. Ross may decide to retire someday......please don't! We love you!

There is NO reason for anybody to impune the integrity of Dr.Ross. I have read the reviews posted, and all are right on the money except one. There is no way that Dr. Ross was abusive to kittens. I have been hs cusomer for 20 years. I have used his services and will continue to do so BECAUSE of his integrity, skill, honesty, and congenial manner. Not to mention his concern for animals. He is a 5-star vet, and so is his assistants and office staff. Negative reports are malicious because I know better. Rick L.

Dr. Ross saved my cocker back in 2010 - when another vet wanted to put her down! He took the time to do the right blood work and it hardly cost me anything! The other vet wanted $1,000 and was still going to put her down. She is still alive today and doing just fine! It was hard for me to find a vet a trusted after moving to the Houston area - I will drive to Dr. Ross from anywhere if I need to! He is worth the trip to Humble!

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Ross for three years and have no complaints. My mom and sister have been bringing their dogs to him for more than 10 years. He operates out of a small one exam room office in the old part of Humble. I think this is part of what helps to keep his prices very reasonable. Dr. Ross won't try and recommend anything that is not necessary like many vets do. Also, the staff is very friendly and will get to know you and your pet by name.I would not give much credence to the poorly written review that was re-posted by the lady with two cats. Dr. Ross actually has a cat that lives there at the office...he will greet you outside at the front door sometimes or you may see him roaming the office. I think there may be something more to that negative review than meets the eye. It sure doesn't smell right seeing as it was re-posted and all other reviews on here are 5 stars.

Dr. Ross was great with my Pug. His prices are reasonable. I would definitely take her back to seeDr.Ross and his Staff.

We have used Dr. Ross for our family vet for many many years. all of our pets love him. and he treats them like their where his own pets.

Margaret Jones- CourtneyMay 9 .THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH A VET.In May 2012 we too our cats to the Humble Animal Hospital to get all their shots. They didn't even try to get to know my babies before they did anything. Their assistant just started grabing them up one at a time and holding them down as tight as he could so they could do their exam. The assistant held Charlie down so tight that he choke my... baby. When Charlie was able to get loose he coughed a couple of times and was gasping for air. This yellowish looking stuff came out of his mouth and he pee all over his self twice and and yellow looking stuff came out of his bottom. Both babies seems really nerves now and Missy keeps hissing at Charlie. We had to keep them in seperate rooms today while we were gone so they would hurt each other. I'm still teary eye over this. I will never bring Charlie and Missy to see this doctor again or recommend anybody else to. This doctor might be good with dogs, he is terrible with cats. I'm reposting this story, because he changed his webpage. I wouldn't want anybody else furbabie be hurt like my Charlie was.I would make his rating worse then this if I could.

Hes a great guy, great people work with him. Never sells you on anything that is not necessarry. Knows whats best for your pets. I say give him five stars now. He is worth every twinkle!

We took our babies to get there yearly checkup and there assistance held my cat down so tight he choked him...:(
