Our experience was better than I have ever had at any dealership, including a recent purchase at a Porsche dealership here in Houston. I will definitely be shopping at the dealership again. 1st contact was Rudy Majette as I was originally interested in getting a quote on a certified used Explorer Sport. Rudy made me (and my son who was with me) feel very comfortable while describing the vehicle merits during the test drive. When I mentioned I would keeping looking at the new models Rudy encouraged me to look in the showroom and on the lot, no pressure sale - just good conversation.
