SCAM ALERT!!! My husband purchased a tire from this shop about 2 months ago because we went flat in front of the shop. He sold us a used tire for $45.... ( I know we should have done our research, but late for work) not even 2 months later, it completely disintegrated on bw8 (today). Hes fine thank god. After inspecting the tire, come to find out it was dry rotted inside and was a ticking time bomb. I called, they said they won't do anything about it and tough. Mind you the tire we purched from them had more tred than the original tires. They are the tire shop close to humble highschool. AVOID AVOID.

Tire blew out will never use this shop.again. Owner rude and hung up in my face. Called and he rudely said we Dont fix flat.tires. I just bought the tire 3 days ago he hung up in my.face and refused to take additional calls.

Been going here for years. These guys are always honest and willing to work with you. They even rebuilt the front end of my Expedition for a very low price.

I've been here many times and, while they initially looked honest, I began to notice the owner does not value customer relationships. He will purposely withhold information from you about your vehicle to keep you coming back for additional services. Furthermore, he will tell you to replace parts (tire valves in my case) when it is not needed just so he can sell you his product at a markup price (paid $10 for a $4 part plus installation per tire!). I understand the goal is to make money, but do so in an honest manner and do not compare your services to what THE DEALER would charge because at least I know they will tell me if my car needs additional service and with much better quality.



* Update: I had to return and add additional information. In short, the balancing these people did was WAY off and due to my last experience I decided to go elsewhere. The Technician at Beasley Tire Service was excellent and demonstrated genuine care while doing the work. He showed me the balancing numbers from Olivares and the corrections he performed, which seemed like night and day to me.



People, stay away from this place.
