I called to see if Ms.Norman was available, and the only thing response was, " What is your name?" I asked can I see her today, the lady on the other end stated, " What is your phone number." I asked again, " Can I see her today?" She again said," What is your phone number?"

She did not give me any importance, she could have cared less if I was sreaming" I am on fire!" She would have stated, "What is your phone number?" I then began to give her my number and then I stopped and asked, "Why do you need my number?" Her response was, " What is your phone number." I do not know if this person is on drugs or just does not have a fundamental understanding of Customer Service. You lost a sale Norma. Your Receptionist is an animal.
