If I could give this place zero stars I would. My car was towed yesterday by mistake. I called the tow company and the storage lot and told them that they messed up because I had a parking permit in my car window. I told thestrage lot that I would be there to show them the parking permit and get them to release my car to me at no charge to me. When I got there they said that mn auto picked it up. I then called me and told them what the situation was they still demanded that I pay the towing and storage cost. So I called them and asked the manager if I could pay half today and half Thursday when I get paid again. They told me no. So I went up there to see if I could work something out with them. They told me that it's policy for them to get the cars from storage lots because of the storage fees that build up a day. Mind you they picked my car up from the storage facility after it had been there for just 3 hours. They didn't give me any time to go get it. So I asked the cashier at mn auto if they even talked to the tow company and storage facility and she told me that they don't have to do that. The storage facility and tow company knew that I was going retrieve my vehicle, but yet no one communicated with me. It's not like I'm not trying to pay, they just didn't wanna work with me. So I then turned the keys in and retrieved all of my belongings out of my car. I also missed 2 days of work because of the inconvenience. I only had $6000 left to pay, but yet they still didn't care.

I used to think this place was amazing but now I do not do not do business with these people. I have never been late on any payment as they were set up on auto payments right off my debit card. Well I just spent two weeks in the hospital and am going on short term disability well that will not be on my check till the 7th if Aug at what time I can get caught back up. Well they refuse to work with me and now want to repo my car and the note is only 18 days past due. 10 months of perfect payment history and not willing to work with you not a good company.

They have REALLY nice cars here. Everyone is nice and try hard to get u in a car or something you LIKE.... Til u become a customer... Then all down hill,yes a rent a center.... Thrn if you dont answer they call all your friends and family,to also let them know your car note is due today!

If you want to feel like u got ur car from rent a center this is the place to go!!!! Lmao!!###

The salesman at M N Auto Finance run his business with integrity and respect. He provided us with a lot of information but most of all, with a feeling that we were with friends. He is very honest in what he could do for us in terms of pricing and when I looked online after the visits, he was right, he had given us the best deal we could have hoped for.

Second car I have purchased from M N Auto Finance. I will do it again and again, no doubt. The salesman is fantastic. I had an idea what i was looking for, but got so tired of running around to different places. I wasn't finding decent cars, and even the "no pressure" dealers felt a little shady.

Going to M N Auto Finance, I listed the specs of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and the salesman immediately narrowed it to 4 or 5 that fit the bill. Test drove them all, and quickly picked my new car. Truly no pressure, just good insight and information.

The only drawback: the cars are all high quality and priced right, so you need to act fast! If you see the car you want, you probably have to pull the trigger quick. I would absolutely recommend M N Auto Finance to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle.

Purchased a car on April 13, 2013. The car was in repair from April -June. I have driven the car maybe 5 times during these months. I have not seen the car since June. MN has proceeded to not honor the 90 day warranty or the amended payment forms and has added this lemon car to my credit as a repo. MN warned that they would do this 1 week after they released a loaner car to me and after my car was in repair for the 4th time. I am filling numerous of complaints with BBB, FTC, CCC, TXDMV, Attorney Generals office and news channels take it to akins. They said I missed 2 payments after they gave me a loaner car. Why would they give a loaner if I was late with payments? Why would they wait over a month to report to my credit if I was late. MN are illegal and we will go to civil court.
