Went to a party a few weeks ago. 35% of the people attending got sick for several days. I don't reccomend going there at all. Dirty also.

Someone will bring suit soon.

I urge the owners to get extra insurance in lieu of no padded flooring and teenagers on thier phones as "watchers"

Every "monkey rule" was broken:

Bouncing on top of the inflatables

Running behind the inflatables next to the vent and machines

Running into the employee area kids throwing balls at the young toddlers.

Pre-teens in the "3 and under" section.



In fact I got into a Verbal altercation with a 2 Mothrs that brought in pre-teens and she was very un-supportive since her children were the ones doing flips on a "3 and under bouncy"

Repeatedly coming with in inches of my 1 year old head and pushing them down.



Watch your children ofcourse but impossible to watch other people's children.



I would say that I can't wait until someone sues this place but that would mean a little child would be hurt.



Don't blame the workers this is clearly a mismanagement by OWNERS.

Horrible place! I will never step foot inside this facility again and I wish I had sued to close them down. My five year old son suffered a FRACTURED skull and concussion from falling out of one of the jumpers and had to be hospitalized with a pediatric neurosurgeon because they have NO padding on the floors and he fell right on his head. No-one helped us, no-one even asked what happened or if he was ok and when I called to speak with the owner she compared my five year old child's fractured skull to her thirteen/fourteen year olds concussion that she got playing sports! REALLY?!?!?! I made her send me the video of what happened and of course it's clipped so you can't really see what happens in the beginning only him falling and holding on to the float for dear life and all she could say is "we're up to code and you signed a waiver". Which I actually NEVER signed because they never gave me one so of course then she changed it to "well you signed the waiver when you agreed to have your party here, we're not liable". I was also told by the medics that transferred my son to Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital that I was not the first person to have the exact same thing happen at the exact same place. That should tell you something about these people!

This was the most horrible place I have ever been too! From urine in the jump area to no manager on site! Very unprofessional
