Dr. is great and really seems to care about his patients. The problem is, you better never need any meds refilled, because that seems to take an act of God! I have gone for weeks at a time, with my pharmacy requesting the refills, and no relief to be had. You can call his office daily to inquire, only to be told to call your pharmacy after 5, which is conveniently enough, after his office is closed! Gets old after about the third day, or even the fifth time you've had to go through this nightmare.

Office staff messed up the billing then wanted to argue. I did not recieve the item that they billed me for. He did not inform me that the pain medication was addictive and could not quit cold turkey. Did not offer theraphy after the cast came off.

Dr. Joseph is OK and he seems to care, just not enough to watch out for his patients by keeping up with his paperwork and hiring an efficient office staff. He has been fined for not submitting and releasing patient files on time and continues to allow his staff to be careless.

Dr. Joseph is very knowledgeable, understanding (good bedside manor), and most of all cost sensitive to the customer. He does believe in ordering unnecessary tests.

Very Friendly and reasonable.
