Trashiest jewelry store I have ever been in! Alex had long dirty nails with a pinky nail only a coke head would have and his boss Jennifer wanted us to buy an extended warranty so bad she offered to do things she admitted her company wouldnt want her to do for us in the future. If not we have to pay for it like everyone else, which is what we planned when we walked in. We never buy warranties because we know how warranty sales are all profit! Noooo she just kept on implying the ring was going to need constant repairs and maintenance. Let me tell you that any interest we had in buying the ring we had completely lost during her warranty pitches. WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY PREMIUMS FOR JUNK? We won't and we won't be back! Our advice to other customers is stay away from there. They will say anything to make commission there and five minutes in the store you will see this review is accurate!!!!
