I came into the salon looking for a new place hoping this would be the one. Unfortunatly my search still continues. I went in for a mani/pedi and they gave a brochure to choose the type I wanted. So after I told them what I wanted one of the lady asked me of I wanted to upgrade to OPI products they are very good for the skin and makes it soft and its only 3 dollars more. I said sure. So they begin working one doing my toes and one doing my hands. The lady who was giving me a manicure was talking to the other one about another employee the whole time she did my manicure. Now I didnt understand what she was saying but it was obvious by her tone and body language she was angry. She kept stopping what she was doing to vent. It was very annoying and the other lady doing my toes kept telling me sorry. Anyways the lady did a great job on my toes but my hands were another story! !! The product i paid extra for was not worth it the lady left wax and exfoliate between my fingers and my hands were not soft!!! when she painted my nails her long nails kept smudging mine and instead of redoing them she just painted over it like I wouldnt notice

I will never go back because as I drove away I remember that I was suppose to get a hot stone massage and a couple other things the lady didnt do. I will never give these people my money again that was 72 dollars wasted :(

I went for a Brazilian wax, and I asked if the person doing it had experience on it and they said yes, so I went in and she wasn't removing all the hair, I had to tell her I asked for a Brazilian wax, she said yes, and still had to tell her that brazilian wax was ALL hair removed and she still didn't. something else, she was talking about me with her co worker thinking that I din't understood her language.

Definitely I would not recommend it, Talking about their clients in front of their faces thinking that they don't understand is very very impolite.
