We have been to cost cutters several times. The first time was a disaster. They wanted to take their walk ins before our appointment we made. And the chick working there was completely rude about it. They offered us a free cut and style after my complaint. We came in and saw Maria who did an awesome job! Been back a couple times always making an appointment and still always having to wait to take others in front of us. I make an appointment for a reason and if weren't for the fact that we waited the last minute to get this hair cut today we would walk out. But we will never be back after today that is for sure. My thing is if you don't want to follow appointments do no take them.

If you need a great cut and style see a lady name NORAH the manager at costcutter in katy texas, I swear shes great I was so nervous at first because how inexpensive the cost, but this lady is awesome, she will be gone when I return that is the luck I have had with these places never the same hairdressers im just in awe about my hair had to let the world know
