VERY bad experience with this shop. They charged me a lot of money for repairing items that were not directly related to the problem I asked them to fix. They even did work that was not related to the problem AT ALL! I called the owner to complain and she said that if I didn't want them to do all the other stuff, I should have asked for (and paid for!) an estimate before letting them do the work. When I told her that I was going to leave negative reviews on social media she said I was being petty and hung up on me

I wouldn t take a plastic child s mower to these people. Mechanics are incompetent, front counter staff uncaring and unknowledgeable. They promise the world and NEVER deliver.



Had to bring back my weed wacker 3 times. All three times the parts were less than $3 BUT the service fees totaled $105. AND it took 4 months the 1st time, 3 months the 2nd time, and wow only 3 days the last time.



They don t care about customer service just How MUCH they can Charge ! Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else !
