I have been here several times. The food is incredible but I was very disappointed with the customer service yesterday. I ordered the bbq pulled pork pannini w/NO cheese, lots of pickles,and coleslaw instead of fries. I also ordered a slice of buffalo chicken pizza. What I got-cheese on my sandwich, fries, and no pickles or coleslaw, and bbq chicken pizza. I complained and while they gave me pickles and coleslaw, they told me I would have to pay for the pizza because I took a bite before complaining. I did this thinking it was what I ordered and when I told them this they insisted I did not order buffalo chicken. The worst part was that the girl behind the counter read me back my order before placing it. I just couldn't believe they would not replace my pizza and insisted I was wrong. It's a bummer because their food is great but because of the customer service, I would NOT return :(
