Absolutely dishonest and impossible to get in touch with once you have a problem! Her crew damaged the screen of my big screen TV and she has been lying about it for months. After numerous attempts at fixing/cleaning it, then a revelation that SHE HAS NO INSURANCE COVERAGE (or atleast didn't on that day), she decided to just ignore me and refuse to participate in a repair. I know for 100% certain that her crew did this damage, but she just keeps changing her story as to why it couldn't be them--from "we never touch TVs" to "we only use a dry cloth on TVs" to "we only use a damp cloth on TVs." I've given up now as arguing with her and chasing her down is no longer worth the $280 it costs to replace the screen. You've been warned! Don't do business with this company!!!!
