when I picked up a wrist corsage and boutinere... The man charge my credit card $11 more than a quoted price, so I handed the receipt back to him and asked for him to cancel the transaction... he stated that he couldn't do that. He said he would issue a credit and that I HAD to sign the incorrect receipt. Then he insisted I sign the credit receipt as well, I told him HE was the one authorizing the credit... but again He insisted I had to sign... ok.... I get home and realize the wrist corsage is huge and flops all over when I put it on. So, I took it back and explained... at which point he (the grown man) put it on, flung his hand around and stated to the florist .. look, it doesn't flop around... so apparently a man's wrist is the same size as a young lady? They eventually changed the roses and wrist band to a more appropriate size... and I left not only feeling cheated but also mocked by the florist and her man help... whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Do not waiste your time with this business... oh and I am still waiting for my credit! :(
