Jay, Nick and Jarek are always friendly, courteous and professional. When I call, they are most always able to get me in for same-day service. I would definitely recommend them.

I was traveling through Hudson, WI and was in need of an airbag kit for my truck. They were not able to get one that specific day, but I was able to buy one from the Chevy dealership down the road and TirePros was glad to put on the kit for me.
Six months later the airbag developed a hole in it and I first tried to get the airbag waranteed through Firestone, but they came to the conclusion that it was to the fault of the installer: TirePros.
Of course, I am from out of town and TirePros came up with the excuse that because I bought the kit from a different dealership and brought it to them to install, that they will not warranty anything, including their $700 labor "craftsmanship" to have the kit installed. My mechanic also found that the upper bracket was loose and never tightened properly by Tire Pros, which more than likely caused the punctured hole in the air bag.

I sent Firestone an email and included pictures and this was the response that I got back: "Thanks for the pictures but I’m sorry to say that we will not be able to cover this under warranty. The reason is because we are only allowed to cover manufacturer defects and this is not a sign of one. The upper bracket has a hole that this pin goes in and this happens when either the pin is not installed in the hole, or it is installed in the hole but the nut on top of the bag is not tight enough and it allows the bag to rattle and rotate the pin out of the hole. In either case the pin is not in the hole and is now under the upper bracket and it beats on the pin until it starts to leak and eventually pushes it in. The shop that installed this for you will have to cover it because it has to do with how it was installed."

Beware that Tire Pros will not stand by their labor/craftsmanship at this location.

I was traveling for sales and noticed that my blinker went out. There was no way I was driving into Minneapolis without an operating blinker. I just pulled in, 15 minutes later I was good to go and back on the road. All the techs understood my sense of urgency and got me back on the road right away.

Buyer Beware. These guys work to sell you much more than you really need. Always shop around before you bring your car in. Once they have your car, they will keep raising the price and you will be stuck. Additionally, the service is terrible. They don't care if they lose customers and they treat you like they are doing you a favor to let you pay them money. Go elsewhere if you can.

Awesome friendly guys. They gave me honest information about my car. Showed me what they found and quoted several prices for my budget.
