My wife purcased a $20 gift card for my Birthday (December 18th) at Jimmy John's in Hudson Wisconsin. We loved the sandwiches. She paid with a credit card. I lost the gift card two days later. Hudson Store Manager REFUSED to give us a replacement card despite having proof of the purchase. What a loser! Will never eat at JJ's again because of the ludicrous actions of this Store Manager. Merry Christmas!

Refused to bring my mayo who likes a dry sandwich when I order 4 for 28 bucks and wouldn't bring me mayo resmber that ur local Jimi John dont care u make mistake it's urs I did this twice actually and Nothing so remember before u order is a bad customer experence

Jimmy John's is the place that you can't wait to go back to! Everything about this place is fresh! They slice their meats and veggies everyday and all their bread is thrown out after only 4 hours. I absolutely love the # 12 (beach club). The staff there is awesome; always welcoming us into the store when we make our presence everyday. Best sandwich I've ever had and it's by far the fastest! "Subs So Fast You'll Freak" is their motto, and they really mean it. Sorry Subway and Quizno's I'll never be back! We love the Jimmy!!!!
