They really are the best. they dropped off a part at my hotel that i left behind at the shop. Awesome! I relayed my experience to my brother who is a mechanic at a large dealership and he concurs with my experience.

Our whole family goes here. We are glad we chose them because they are the greatest

They are fair, polite, and honest about everything that they do. They will tell you if something is truly worth the money too which is nice

Made an appointment for routine maintenance (tune-up, flush, etc.) so that could order parts. I arrive -- they didn't have the parts. They kept the car for days, called me to pick it up, still had 2 items to do. I took the car to get to work, but less than 5 miles away warning lights went off. Tow truck and 5 hours at another mechanics plus $300 to fix. I asked them to pay half or something -- no reply. Bad mechanics, bad customer service. I only went there because they sent out a coupon. Lesson learned.

brought in an old family car to be assessed for repair March28.Every time I came in Matt said he would get to it. I had a key made for the car. They lost it. It is June 19th and I have contacted him at least 10 times with no result. I know, I can't believe it either.Really disappointed

Matt has been working on my vehicles since he opened in Hudson. I drive a lot of miles and depend on my vehicles to never leave me stranded. Matt is honest, affordable, and does excellent work. I am very fussy when it comes to my vehicles, and Matt has always exceeded my expectations!

They treat you how a good buisness should treat people. A friendly neighborhood wrench. They have treated me very well and I know they will do the same for everyone else. Trustworthy work with no "bull $-@&" on the bill. Very good prices and even better customer service!
