The place was very clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When I was taken to the back, the nurse was very unfriendly. She was almost impatient. I was already nervous about the surgery, now I have a medical professional who doesn't seem to like patients. I told her my arm was hurting after they put in the iv. Her response was to roll her eyes. The other nurse that was helping her get me ready was even more unkind. When I was trying to wake up, the nurse seemed put out that I wasn't waking up as fast as she wanted me to. Even the two family members with me were a little put back at how I was treated. I will NEVER to back to this facility. If I want to be treated rudely with no respect, I'll go to a hospital. And the person that called me the day after...not nice. If you don't like your job....join the rest of us. But at least I don't talk to people like that and if I did, I would be fired.
