I had a rental house that needed a new roof. There were already 3 layers on the roof so it was a complete tear-off. I called 3 roofers for pricing and MR Plank was the lowest. I felt like they would do a good job and am so happy I went with them. They did the job in two days (including the garage). They cleaned the place so well after the first day that when I stopped by in the evening it looked they had not been there. My renters were very pleased with they efficiency and communication of the crew. they have a great warranty and I would highly recommending giving them an opportunity to bid.

M R Plank and crew just put a brand new roof on our house in Parma. The communication, service and work completed was great. The work crew also cleaned up all the mess in the yard. They were quick and efficient and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend M R Plank!

I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. I called for an appointment and THEY insisted that my husband be present. I bought this house without my husband ever seeing it; I am the president of our company; and I pay the bills- strike 1. Next, 15 minutes after the appointment time I called to see where he was- got an answering machine, never showed-strike 2. I gave them time to call me & offer an explanation, but I had to call them after 10 AM to ask what happened, strike 3. They took my name & number & would call the guy & then get back to me- its after 4-nothing.

This company is an excellent company to do business with. From the appointment setting to the wonderful experience of their sales staff to a fabulous install by their crew and a great clean up. This was a great experience getting our roof and siding done and it was very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.
