I have been using Carpet Pro for more than 10 years now. They always do a fantastic job. They even carry and use their own soft water. The service guarantee is clearly written on the copy of the invoice which is 7 days. The person who wrote the review below is a moron and their customer service staff is exceptional, especially Stephanie....
