This is the 4th time we have taken our Eos to them, twice for the check engine light coming on. Both times they could find nothing wrong with it. Subsequently, we had to replace the WHOLE engine after it burned up! Today I called about having the Tecata air bag replaced & was told to have it there by 3:00 pm, it would take about an hour. I arrived a few minutes early, and then was told they had no technicians available & no more loaner cars. Why did I even bother??? I will never go back to this VW dealership! I give them a zero!

Seems like this service department knows how to cheat people out of their money. Main concern that I spoke with service advisor about was not even looked at all they looked at was the check engine light codes (I could have had this done for free at AutoZone and this was not the purpose of my visit). When asked why they didn't look at main concern they said all you signed for was for the check engine light. Turns out everything I said about wanting the PCV looked at went out the window and they only wanted to look at the CEL for 112.50. Do yourselves a favor and go to Volkswagen of Fort Worth instead of getting suckered into paying for nothing.
