I agree with Fred. We had our house delivered in October 2011 and have had to keep after them for the last 3 years to do the warranty work. They always had a reason for not coming to do or for not finishing the work. The last time I called I was told that I was the one dragging it out and told me that they are done coming to the house. My list never had anything added to it. All of it was the original punch list for the warranty work which was extensive. and I got hung up on when I got upset that she said they wouldn't be back. My point is don't count on them doing large items on the list you will be stuck with that bill.

1 Year Warranty Work

* Items that were not addressed or properly repaired from October/November 2011 punch list

Exterior

• *Bella Stone- Has been an issue since we first moved in. It is not a manufacturer defect the issues are due to not being installed properly and this has yet to be addressed. (147 sq ft area)

 *Back door key Materials Needed

Interior

Kitchen

 Loose lower cabinet corner trim by dishwasher

 Upper cabinet crown molding came off

 Laminate flooring (near transition to carpeting)- Gap between first row and second row (runs ¾ length of the floor and is 3/16” wide)

 Sink sprayer- holder/trim ring broken-Part Needed

• Counter top warped to left of stove- Part Needed

Master Bedroom

• Inside corner of walls appear to be caulked and cracking- would like to have it fixed properly Materials Needed

 Top shelf and hanger rod in closet not high enough to hang shirts

Master Bathroom

 *Door does not latch

Striker and plate do not meet up. When fix was attempted they made the striker plate hole bigger, worked for a few weeks now they don’t meet up by about a half inch. I think the door frame shifted so it’s not lining up.

• Trim near door needs to be replaced due to door repair Materials Needed

 Grout in shower cracked in both corners and chipped along bottom Materials Needed

Hall Bathroom

• Baseboard water damaged (we did not know that it was MDF, we would have caulked it properly if we had known) Materials Needed

• Floor cut near baseboard (when installed) peeling back from bathroom humidity- Materials Needed

Bedroom #3

 *Transition strip between hallway and bedroom is loose. Materials Needed

There is a finishing nail that also pokes out I have tried to hammer back in but it will not stay and is very sharp.

• Closet door frame cracked. Materials Needed

Misc.

 *Touch up kit for kitchen cabinets. (Ritz Craft was supposed to mail to us- this was something that was asked for on 3 different occasions)

• *Touch up kit for laminate floors. (Ritz Craft was supposed to mail to us- this was something that was asked for on 3 different occasions)

• *Doorbell- still not working properly- please replace.

The worse Company ever. I really wish I never bought from them. They set my modular home on the electrical system and set the house off square. They did "Cob Job" repairs just make through the warranty. The sheet rock taping is the worst I've seen. There is no professionalism here. Save your money! buy else where.

Terrible!

My Grandparents bought a mobile home from them and have had nothing but problems! Everything is made extremely cheap. Almost all of the molding started to fall off, the window sills bend. It came with a cracked wall in October 2012 and it's now August 2013 and the wall is still not fixed! They never called to say the new wall had arrived in April! They didn't level the home correctly. The refrigerator has already blown 4 lightbulbs. I would never recommend buying from them!
