I am rating the organization with one star due to that being the minimum allowed rating. The company was in charge of snow removal at a complex that I stay in. They managed to irritate and alienate almost every resident in the complex. I made the mistake of complaining in regard to the Everest size snow pile next to my unit. I was rewarded with my door being fully blocked with snow and snow and ice being thrown on top of my vehicle. The company seemed to lay blame on an apparently rogue plow truck driver, but the issue seems to be systemic in the organization. If you value your customer base, I would think twice before hiring this organization.

PS: Don't complain or you will be vindicively retaliated against.
