Honey, DON'T CALL HERITAGE!!!!

I am in the so called value maintenance plan. Supposed to get fast service. The technician was supposed to be there between 2 and 5 P.M. He didn't show up till 8:45 P.M. They charged me $866.00 to replace the primary cad cell relay. The part retails for about $120.00 and it is about a 15 minute job. That means they get over $866.00 an hour and that was with a discount. If I wasn't in the maintenance value plan it would have been over $900.00!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
