We usually lease with Enterprise as we have always been treated well in the past. The staff is courteous and helpful and their rates are generally less than other rental agencies.

We get a call yesterday to confirm the rental n never told that even w a credit card you need a $200 deposit so I wanna put 200 on debt card n renal on my car and we still get no where as you have to have all kinds of proof of where you live to use debt card so we go home and get a ton of stuff which is still no good once we get back because my electric bill shows a balance is still owed which I have already paid so they won't do anything to help n neither does the customer service when I called I then tell the manager thanks for ruining our trip and he says your welcome and I start crying and not nice words as this was part of our kids Christmas gift to go to Nashville for new years and he tells of to leave. Once again second time we have had horrible service from this location never again will I rent from them
