Even though the sump pump in question was located out of their range of service, the staff at J&T (Jeremy and Kim in particular) addressed my question and spoke with my client directly to help her find a solution. It is really nice to have someone local who is not only an expert in what they're doing, but is willing to help even if it won't mean profit for them.
