I have Rattan furniture that needed new cushions. I spent hours on line searching for the correct size. Finally I decided to stop in at Pier1 . They were the only store to carry not only the correct size but also a beautiful pattern..

In addtion the cushion I chose was on sale with a 30% savings.

They had ony 2 cushions in the store and I had to order the balance on line.

I gave this shopping experience a 4 because the sales person in the store was abrasive and curt.

However, the online customer service was very pleasant.

I strongly recommend this store for replacement cushions
