Rude and showed no willingness to help.

Well...
Me and my dad go in the store all the time. The guys who work there are really nice but very unorganized. I took lessons there for a month and my lesson was at 3:30. My teacher should have been prepared but everyweek he was talking with his friends or doing whatever when he knew he had a lesson at the time. They also don't help you out right away. It takes them about 10-15 mins.

At first glance I would have to say this business is on it last leg, it looks like a old worn out version of a 1970 classic, dust, papers, clutter, disorganized & rung out. No one asked us how they could help for about 8-10 minutes, mind you there where three people there. When I did get the big guys attention, I told him that I was looking for a "new" item or something useful for a father-in-law who plays electric guitar. His responses was "I have no idea", in a very disrespectful tone, and he stood there for a second and walked away. Well, I know people have bad days, so I watched as they (the lady too) dealt with customers, and it was a very disengaging transaction. My husband and I decided to make this as pleasant as possible at the end and engage the lady in convo at the register, we had to repeat ourselves, very disengaged. On a good "note" (no pun intended) the bull mastiff is very nice, maybe they should follow his lead.
