We called 8 different plumbers when we needed someone 'now', but only Pete Black Plumbing answered their phone right away - no leaving messages. They were at the house within the hour. Justin and Greg did a great job and took care of everything! Thank you so much!

I am very impressed with the service I received from Justin and Greg at Pete Black Plumbing. I had a garbage disposal issue yesterday and they came out within an hour and stayed until 7 pm on a Friday night fixing my problem. Both guys were very professional and very nice and polite. I highly recommend this company.

Called these guys up for a leaking kitchen faucet. The person I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and polite. They had someone out the next day! Great experience.

I am very impressed with Pete Black plumbing. Very reasonable competive pricing and very well customer service. I was impressed with the customer serviced they provided and how quick they were with geting back in touch with me after they came to my house to at a short notice to check on some of our clogged drain! I would highly recommend them!

These guys are amazing. I had a leak and decided to pull the trigger and replace all of our old galvanized plumbing. They came out the evening that I called with the leak, and called me back within an hour that evening with a price for what I needed done. Upon hearing their price, I instantly told them to come do the job. They were out the next day, and had everything upgraded and replaced. I honestly haven't had service like that in a very long time. Highly recommend these folks.

I was very happy with the service I received from the guys at Pete Black Plumbing. It's my understanding that it is under new management and after reading some old reviews I can say the difference shows.
Greg and his crew were very professional and prompt with their service. They sent two men that had the job done in a fraction of the time I had expected. The cost was very reasonable.
In the past I have had issues getting an appointment with other companies in a reasonable time frame (without paying the dreaded emergency rate) not so with Pete Black. They fit me into their schedule quickly and did the job asked of them quickly as well, without breaking my wallet. They will be the first call I make for any future plumbing needs.

I recommend Pete Black Plumbing to everyone. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely matter. There prices were very reasonable to.
My hose faucet broke and there was water every where in my basement. They fixed it and even cleaned up the mess. Again I recommend this company.

The plumber over the phone quoted my husband an amount for one hour of work. I was the one at home when the plumber came, unaware of the estimate given to my husband. It took 30 minutes, at most 45 minutes at my house to get the job done and leave. We were charged for 1.5 hours!!! My husband was shocked at what I paid, it was over $100 more than the estimate for an hour, when we never had the plumber here for an hour!!! We called and were told management would give us $30 because he can rationalize giving us the coupon amount that he has online. We will never recommend nor use Pete Black Plumbing again!

We called Mr. Black because our water pump switch was not coming on. We had checked the circuit breaker and it was ok. He did not want to give us a service call price over the phone but we had him out anyway. He checked the switch and then found another circuit breaker in the generator box that had tripped. He flipped the circuit breaker and charged us $140 for 15 minutes of work. When we questioned the price he said we were lucky it cost so little! He is very unprofessional. We will never recommend him to anyone.

The backflow tests are reasonably priced. The backflow test is how we met him, I saw a truck in our neighborhood so I called. I found Mr. Black to be unprofessional. I had him come in to do a basic dishwasher installation. We paid for installation from the store where the dishwasher was purchased, they were unable to complete installation. We needed a new pipe or something. I decided to use Mr. Black for this job, the last person who did it was visually challenged but was not a licensed plumber. (this becomes telling later on) When Mr. Black arrived I wasn't shocked by the $175 to install the dishwasher. I was surprised by the excuse making. He couldn't get it lined up right, this was crooked or that was crooked. What? The blind guy did a stellar job. About 2 weeks later the dishwasher fell out! Yes, fell out! I called Mr. Black back out to fix this snafu. He had the unmitigated gall to charge me $80 with another round of excuses. When it fell out a few weeks later, I put it back in myself. It's been 2 years now (knock on wood) and seems stable. I can't for the life of me figure out how a blind person can perfectly install a dishwasher when this guy can't. We did use him after this for our backflow test. As stated the price for that is good. Thankfully he had another person come out to do it.....but....for the low low price of only a few extra dollars we can turn it on for you, then turn it off again just for the test. (we don't use the sprinklers) The tech turned it on, but claimed not to be allowed to turn it off. We had to pay another company to come do a blow out after Mr. Black told us personally that the....few extra dollars would handle both the turn on, turn off and no blow out would be necessary. I agree this company only wants to ensure repeat calls.
